
A 50-minute Yin Yoga class designed around nervous system awareness. We move slowly through held poses that target the connective tissue and invite the body toward a settled, parasympathetic state without performing calm or bypassing what's actually present.

A full somatic Yin practice working through the hips, hip flexors, and the length of the back body, but the poses are not really the point. It starts and continues with one fundamental question: what do you notice?
