Slow down with this gentle yin practice. Perfect practice for bedtime, slow steady and nourishing yin for the hips. It is also a great practice yin yoga practice to help alleviate the symptoms of menopause. Slow down the breath and focus on mindfully moving through this practice. Most importantly though please listen to your body, if something doesn't feel good than today is perhaps not the day to do it. Take it slow and easy.
