15 MINUTES YIN YOGA FOR HIPS
This is a supportive yin yoga practice for runners, people who do a lot of sport, and anyone who spends long hours at a desk. The focus is the upper body, with shapes that gently load the shoulders, chest, upper back, and arms, areas that often become restricted with repetitive movement or prolonged sitting.
This practice can be a useful complement to more active training. It is not about stretching further, but about giving tissues time and space, which can support balance and resilience over time.
If you would like music for your practice, you can find a short playlist on my Spotify page here:

Move slowly, make choices that suit your body, and rest when you need to.
Much love, and happy practising.
