30 MINUTE YIN YOGA HIP RELEASE

In this video, I'll show you one of my favorite hip opening yin yoga flows and stretches that will help release tight muscles and relieve pain in your hips. If you're looking for a new routine or just want to add some simple yin poses to your current practice, I hope this wee video will be helpful!

This is also a great wee practice if you are a runner... I do this straight after my run (yes I got back into running too recently!) As soon as I am done I head straight to the stretch mat and do a modified version of it without the bolster ... just simple hamstring, hips and hips flexor stretches to ease any tightness. It has helped enormously to ease some of the tension in my lower back too which can build from using those glutes :-)
